The paid setup is just called Claude. Use a custom agent when the work is shared: a team inbox, a CRM path, a weekly packet with a named reviewer. Decision framework

Ask who the user is. One human, their laptop, their Drive and calendar: desktop setup is often enough. A role that several people share: desktop chat will not own that path by itself. You want a scoped Business workflow with approval gates.
