Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026. Effortless Agents LLC collects the information you submit through contact, booking, intake, and checkout flows, including name, email, company, workflow details, package selection, and messages you choose to send.

Stripe processes payment data; Effortless Agents does not store full card numbers. Google Workspace may process booking, calendar, Gmail, and intake-notification data. Hosting, security, and analytics providers may process basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser details, page events, and timestamps.

We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver services, schedule paid intake, process payments, maintain business records, prevent abuse, improve the site, and comply with tax, legal, or dispute obligations.

Client workflow data is used only to deliver the scoped engagement unless you give written permission for another use. Do not send passwords, API keys, PHI, regulated financial data, or account credentials through public forms or email.

If analytics are enabled, we use them to understand aggregate site behavior and conversion paths. We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Request access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained when required for tax, legal, security, or dispute purposes.
