How much does this cost?
A written Fit review is $199 and is 100% credited toward the Audit. The AI Workflow Audit is $1,250. Personal agent setup is $1,495. Business agent setup is quoted after the Audit and is typically $3,750–$7,500.
How long does it take?
The Audit is done in 5 business days. Personal setup is 10 business days. Business setup runs 2–3 weeks after access. The Fit review is async and written.
What does the Audit include?
A current workflow map, time-leak notes with ranges, 3–5 automation opportunities scored by value, difficulty, and risk, a recommended first build, an integration diagram, an approval plan, a 60–90 day roadmap, a written Business proposal, and a 30-minute debrief. If I cannot find one workflow worth automating, I refund the Audit. If you start Business within 60 days, the $1,250 is 100% credited.
Can I buy Business on this site?
No. Business is quoted after the Audit. There is no public Business checkout.
Do platform subscriptions cost extra?
You keep paying your own AI and tool subscriptions. I do not host those for you.
Will the agent run with no review?
No. I do not ship fully autonomous no-review agents. Customer-facing or sensitive actions wait for a named person.
How do refunds work?
Unused Audit, Personal, and Fit review purchases can be refunded if written work — or the Audit call — has not started. Once work starts, refunds are prorated. The Audit also has a findings guarantee. The full policy is on the refund page.
Do you do sales calls?
Async first. Your money pays for analysis and implementation, not sales meetings.
Is the calendar for people who have not purchased?
