Who I am
I'm John, the person behind Effortless Agents. I design and build practical AI workflows around the repetitive work you want off your plate. You work directly with me, from scoping through testing and handoff.
Why this exists
Useful AI without reckless autonomy. Most operators do not need a tool that sends, files, or promises on its own. They need the repetitive work prepared — and a person still owning the judgment. I built Effortless Agents for that gap.
What I personally do
I don't send your implementation to a freelance development team. I scope it, configure it, test it, document it, and hand it back to you. No account manager. No junior handoff. If I cannot find one workflow worth automating, I refund the Audit.
Operating philosophy
AI prepares the work; people own the judgment. The agent can read, draft, and stage. A named person still sends, writes to the CRM, or spends money. If I cannot name the reviewer, I will not build it.
How credentials are handled
Least privilege. You grant what is needed for the scoped workflow. You can revoke it. I do not log into accounts you do not own, and I do not ask for passwords by email or through the public form. If secure access is needed, I will say so in writing before anyone shares it.
Confidentiality
I do not reuse your workflows as public case studies or publish your data. The sample Audit on this site is an illustrative example using fictional information—not customer work. If you want something shown later, that takes written permission — it is not the default.
