Refund Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the purchaser email, package name, payment date, and reason for the request.

AI Workflow Audit purchases are refundable within 48 hours if work has not started. Once an audit call is completed, research begins, or written work begins, refunds are prorated based on work performed.

Setup package deposits reserve calendar time and implementation capacity. They may be partially refundable before work starts. In-progress work is prorated. Delivered work, completed documentation, and completed setup sessions are not refundable except where required by law.

If Effortless Agents cancels a paid engagement before meaningful work starts, the unused portion is refunded. If a client materially changes scope, misses required access/feedback windows, or asks for unsupported work, the engagement may be paused, rescoped, credited, or prorated.

Effortless Care subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled with 30 days notice. Unused time, platform monitoring, and advisory availability are not automatically refunded unless required by law.

Platform subscriptions, API usage, hosting, app-store fees, domain costs, payment-processing fees where nonrefundable, and third-party charges are not controlled by Effortless Agents and are not refunded by us.
