Refund Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026. To request a refund, email hello@effortlessagents.ai with the purchaser email, package name, payment date, and reason for the request.

The Fit review is $199. It is refundable if unused — meaning written work has not started. If you later buy the $1,250 AI Workflow Audit, 100% of the $199 is credited toward that Audit.

The AI Workflow Audit is $1,250. It is refundable if unused — meaning the call has not happened and written work has not started. Once the call is completed or written work begins, refunds are prorated based on work performed.

Findings guarantee: if the Audit does not surface at least one workflow worth automating, I refund the Audit in full.

If you start a Business agent setup within 60 days of the Audit purchase, 100% of the $1,250 Audit fee is credited toward that Business engagement. 50% to start is calculated on the remaining balance after that credit.

Personal agent setup is $1,495. It is refundable if unused — meaning unused before intake or setup starts. Once intake or setup work starts, refunds are prorated. Delivered setup, completed documentation, and completed sessions are not refundable except where required by law.

Business agent setup is quoted after the Audit and is typically $3,750–$7,500. 50% is due to start after the written quote, on the remaining balance after any Audit credit. An unused start payment may be refunded before work begins. In-progress work is prorated.

If I cancel a paid engagement before meaningful work starts, the unused portion is refunded. If a client materially changes scope, misses required access or feedback windows, or asks for unsupported work, the engagement may be paused, rescoped, credited, or prorated.

Platform subscriptions, API usage, hosting, domain costs, payment-processing fees where nonrefundable, and third-party charges are not controlled by Effortless Agents and are not refunded by me.
