What the AI Workflow Audit costs.
Current price only: $1,250. Here is what that number includes, and how the credit works if you continue.
- Fixed scope
- Human approval
- Built around your tools
- Documentation you own
The price
The AI Workflow Audit is $1,250. It takes 5 business days. It is a written plan, not a build.
What $1,250 buys
A current workflow map, time-leak notes with ranges and assumptions, 3–5 opportunities scored Value × Difficulty × Risk, a recommended first build, an integration diagram, an approval plan, a 60–90 day roadmap, a written Business proposal, and a 30-minute debrief.
Guarantees
Unused Audits can be refunded if the call has not happened and written work has not started. If I cannot find one workflow worth automating, I refund the Audit in full. If you start Business within 60 days, the $1,250 is 100% credited to the total.
Audit credit math
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Workflow Audit | $1,250 |
| Typical Business build | $3,750–$7,500 total |
| Audit credit | −$1,250 |
| Typical remaining | $2,500–$6,250 |
The $1,250 credit applies to the total. 50% to start is calculated on the remaining balance after credit — not on the pre-credit total.
Example invoice
A $5,000 Business build after a completed Audit. Credit −$1,250. Remaining balance $3,750. 50% to start is $1,875. The other $1,875 is due at handoff.
Custom AI engagements commonly run well beyond this range. Effortless Agents is intentionally scoped around one practical workflow at a time.
A cheaper written step exists: the $199 Fit review, also credited toward the Audit.
