For operators and small teams
AI workflow automation without giving the tools your judgment.
One repeating path. A named reviewer. A written plan before a build.
- Fixed scope
- Human approval
- Built around your tools
- Documentation you own
Quick answer
AI workflow automation, as I sell it, is a repeating path through tools you already have — with a person on the steps that matter. I map the path, set the review rules, and either hand you a written plan or configure one workflow and give you the runbook.
It is not a platform migration. It is not an unsupervised agent. It is not a news feed about models. Current public prices: Fit review $199, Audit $1,250, Personal $1,495, Business typically $3,750–$7,500 after the Audit.
Decision framework
A workflow is a path you can draw: trigger, tools, output, reviewer. If you cannot draw it, I will not automate it. If you can draw it and the output can hurt someone, I will put a gate on it. That filter is what to automate first plus when not to automate.
Automation without AI is still in play. Sometimes the honest first step is a saved view, a template, or a cleaner field list. I will say that on an Audit. You should want that answer. Paying $1,250 to hear “leave it alone” is cheaper than paying for a build that should not exist. If I cannot find one workflow worth automating, I refund the Audit.
When AI is the right layer, it is usually draft and extract — not decide. Inbox → agent → human approval → CRM is the picture. Permissions stay narrow. You can revoke access.
Example · EXAMPLE / COMPOSITE
Two composites, no client names. A multi-location dealer group: inbound sales mail, draft reply, CRM after approval. A small professional-services shop: inbox + CRM + follow-up, named partner reviews. Same skeleton. Different vertical. Both live on the homepage so you can see the shape before you buy.
Deeper pages: sales follow-up, inbox triage, CRM updates, weekly reporting, document processing, admin scheduling.
When this applies
It applies to operators and small teams who want repetitive work off a plate. It applies if you searched AI workflow automation and you need a sober first step, not a transformation program. It applies if you will keep a reviewer and own your subscriptions.
When it does not
It does not apply to fully autonomous no-review agents. It does not apply to HIPAA or compliance theater. It does not apply to phone or voice agents — I do not sell those here. It does not apply if you want me to staff a freelance bench. I do the implementation.
Cost and risk
Start small: tell me the workflow, or pay $199 for a written fit check credited toward the Audit. The Audit is the plan and the quote. Personal is one assistant. Business is one scoped company workflow after the quote. Credit math and the findings guarantee stay on the Audit page.
Custom AI engagements commonly run well beyond this range. Effortless Agents is intentionally scoped around one practical workflow at a time. The risk of wide automation is an unsupervised mistake. The risk of this shop is that I will tell you no. That is the point.
FAQ
Is this the same as an AI automation agency?
Same operator, same prices. The agency URL is a search door into the same studio. See AI automation agency.
Do I need n8n, Zapier, or Make?
Only if the path needs them. I will not start with a tool logo. I start with the work.
Where do I begin if I am not ready to buy?
Tell me your workflow, or read the ungated list of workflows I will not automate.
Next step
The person who scopes the workflow is the person who builds it. No account manager. No junior handoff. If the first honest answer is “leave it alone,” that is a successful engagement, not a failed pitch.
Tell me your workflow. Or get the $1,250 Audit if you already want the map. Related: small business AI automation, custom AI agents, about John Hatfield.
